Hey there!! This is a non-exhaustive list of the FAQs. It will be appended along the way.

Customer's information

First of all, we will never ask for your passwords, pins, NRIC, birth certificates or any other very personal particulars apart from name, contact info and mailing address. Do be careful when exercising online transactions. This website is hosted by Shopify, so the transactions are safe and secured.

WHERE FREEBIES??


Who does not like free stuff? The shop is working on setting up a more convenient page for customers to choose their freebies (if there are any) in the near future. Please stay tuned for more updates!!

 

 

Why should I subscribe to the newsletters?

For future shop updates on policies or new products, information will be disseminated via the monthly(tentative*) newsletters. Discount coupons/ gift cards will also be included in the newsletters. More information will be announced soon on the discount coupons/gift cards.

How will the goods be mailed out? 

For locals (Singapore customers), the goods will be packed in between layers of cross direction layered cardboards to protect it from any potential dents or damages in the process of delivering. Extra precautions are taken to make sure the art prints arrived to our customers in one piece. The parcel's dimensions will be kept to fit in the typical mail box dimensions. Packages will not exceed the maximum dimension of 324mm (length) x 229mm (width) x 65mm (height). They will be mailed out via Singpost postage services, standardard mailing (untracked). 

The shipping fees for local customers will be around SGD1.50, excluding packing fees.

 

For overseas customers, the goods will be compiled and packed in a A4 hard card case  (*photo frame out of stock*)   , followed by layers of bubble wrap to ensure that the the art prints are well protected and waterproofed. As delivery could be hectic in the mist of COVID-19 or during festive seasons, extra precautions are taken to make sure the art prints arrived to our customers in one piece. They will be mailed out via Singpost postage services, tracked mailing. A registered tracking number will be provided to allow customer to keep track of the goods.

The shipping fees for overseas customers outside SEA will be SGD21.50, excluding packing fees. 

 

 

 

How long does the mailing takes?

For locals (Singapore customers), it will take about 3-5 working days for the goods to arrive. 
For overseas customers, it should take ideally about 2-4 weeks for the shipping to arrive. Unfortunately, certain places at your country's borders could be affected due to the global pandemic.

Based on past experiences, there will be delays during the Christmas season. There will be a lot of parcels to be delivered during the festive season. Extra precautions are taken to make sure the art prints arrived to our customers in one piece.


What is the flow of the payment method in general?

Upon completing the order, the store will generally take a day to contact the customers to double confirm the products and mailing addresses. Upon confirming the particulars, the store will then start to ship out the goods. 



What is the flow of the 'Bank Deposit' payment option? (For Singapore Customers Only)

Upon completing the payment order under this option, customers are required to do a manual bank transfer on their end to :

HONTONIKIREIDESU POSB ESavings Account.
Bank No. 249 62913 8

After which, customers are required to send a screenshot of the banking payment and the order number to the the seller via email @ hontonikireidesu@gmail.com / Whatsapp @ 98751817 (widget). We will then confirm the payment and also the mailing addresses with the customers. Upon confirming the particulars, the goods will then be set for mailing.

 

What is the flow of the 'PayLah / PayNow (For Singapore Customers Only)' payment option?

Upon completing the payment order under this option, customers are required to do scan the QR Code for PayLah payment method. If the QR Code does not work for PayNow users, customers can proceed to do a manual ebanking transfer on their end to : York , 96120864.


After which, customers are required to send a screenshot of the banking payment and the order number to the the seller via email @ hontonikireidesu@gmail.com / Whatsapp @ 98751817 (widget). We will then confirm the payment and also the mailing addresses with the customers. Upon confirming the order, the goods will then be set for mailing.

What's with this rewards system at the bottom right corner of the page?

It warms the cockles of our hearts to have great customers like you! In exchange for our gratitude, we will like to implement the reward system right from the start. Each time a customer signs in and purchases a product from the store, the total amount spent will be credited as loyalty points. These loyalty points, aka 'Kirei points' can be exchange for loyalty rewards in the future.
However, we are still working on our end to provide exciting rewards for our customers. Currently, the points will be stored but there will not be any immediate redeemable points at the moment. Stay tuned to find out more!

 

 

 

Yooo!! Whats with this music widget at the bottom left corner of the page?

Oh hey there!! @_@ You've got sharp eyes! The music player is located at the bottom left corner. The artist has added a few of the songs that he listens to when he's drawing. Auto play has been deactivated. Customers will have to manually click the play button to listen to playlist. Enjoy!! Hehe!
 

 

Hey! I saw a NANAMI Display picture at the whatsapp widget!!

Hello! As you can see, we've hired Nanami here to take care of the shop on the customer service side.  He will try his best to answer all queries, but not immediately. He doesn't like to work overtime, so please be kind to him. 
Also, do note that he will never, ever ask for your passwords, pins, NRIC, birth certificates or any other very personal particulars apart from name, contact info and mailing address. Do be careful when exercising online transactions. 
However, if you think his customer service is nice, you can also proceed to give him tips at the checkout section. :>

 

 

 

Why is the collection slider buggy?

We would encourage customers to visit this website using a Chrome Browser from the PC instead of Instagram linked browser. The website viewed from a Chrome browser is much more optimized.

 

 

 

Where is the store based?

Singapore. It's a one man show though... HAHA.

 

 

 

Does the artist take in commision?

Hey!! Thanks for asking this question! Unfortunately, the commission rates are qq...qquite pr..pricey. Customers can DM the artist for the commission rates at their own risks. 

 

 

 

Does the artist sleep?
